Really yummy, easy, brownie recipe!

These are oh so good.  I make them in mini muffin moules, for nice bite sized pieces.

1 dark chocolate bar- 200 grams

160 grams of sugar

120 grams of salted butter

3 eggs

70 grams of flour

While the chocolate is melting, (I do it in a bain marie, just because I hate using the microwave and hardly ever use it), mixed first the sugar and butter together.  I do this with a fork.  Add the eggs, then the flour to the mixture.  Once the chocolate is melted, add it as well, while stirring.  I pour the batter into the muffin molds and bake until done.  I usually set my oven at around 6-7.  I also kind of eyeball the baking time.  I wait until the tops start to crack a little and I like the middle a little “underdone”.  If you keep an eye on them they are basically foolproof.  And really good.  Every time I make them, they are all gone within 24hours. (This is why there is no photo, they are gone before I have had a chance to get one.)
